John Rosner, Varsity Head Coach

Coach Rosner is in his seventh year as Head Coach of the Wildcats. After playing at UIC from 1999 to 2002 he coached at Bishop McNamara and later Plainfield North. Since becoming Head Coach in the 2012 season the Wildcats have had five - 20 win seasons and in 2016 won the first Regional Championship in the school's history. |
Pat Hanley, Asst. Varsity Coach

Coach Hanley is a longtime member of the Plainfield Central community. After graduating in '05 he went on to play basketball at Lake Forest College and returned to Central to teach after college. He is glad to be back at his Alma matter where there are so many people working to do positive things for students. Coach Hanley is in his seventh year with the baseball program and would not want to be anywhere else. |
Rob Keane, Head Freshmen Coach

Coach Keane is also in his seventh year with the baseball program and his seventh year at Plainfield Central. He enjoys coaching the freshmen because of the opportunity to usher new athletes into the program and help them adjust to high school baseball. Coach Keane graduated from Illinois State University and Downers Grove South high school. He is proud to be a part of the culture of Wildcat Baseball and considers himself lucky to have coached so many great young men over the years. Coach Keane is also a football coach at Plainfield Central. |
Greg Proctor, Assistant Freshmen Coach

Coach Proctor is in his first year coaching Wildcat Baseball but has been at Plainfield Central for 15 years and is currently a dean. He is an alumnus of West Aurora high school where he played baseball and Northern Illinois University. Coach Proctor is excited to be a part of the baseball and looks forward to helping develop players at the lower levels. |
